Appleton Bundt House | Our Story
Where sweet traditions are baked with love
Appleton Bundt House is a family-owned bakery on West College Avenue in downtown Appleton, Wisconsin — born from a simple belief that dessert should feel personal, homemade, and worth celebrating.
The idea that started it all
After visiting countless bakeries, Carla Manns and her daughters kept noticing the same thing missing: that warm, homemade touch that makes dessert feel truly personal. So they built the bakery they'd always wanted — one with unique flavors, textures, and options not found anywhere else.
A mother-daughter team
Carla owns and leads the bakery, with daughter Allayah serving as manager and daughter Alexsis as customer service supervisor — a real family behind every cake you order. When you walk in, there's a good chance one of them will greet you personally and walk you through exactly what's available.
Made from scratch, every time
Every Bundt cake — from bite-sized Bundt Bites to showstopping Bundt Celebration cakes — is made with premium ingredients and crafted with what the team calls "a touch of home-baked love." Custom orders for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, and themed celebrations are a specialty, and the team works with you personally to get every detail right.
Part of the Appleton community
Appleton Bundt House earned first place at the Downtown Appleton Cultural Cuisine Walk and has become a regular, familiar face at the Downtown Appleton Farm Market — as noted by Appleton Monthly Magazine. This bakery isn't just a place to pick up dessert; it's a place where neighbors gather, occasions get honored, and something delicious is always waiting.
